This is the second memorial I have had to buy. The first was for our oldest dog and now this one for our youngest dog. Each memorial has come exactly as described and engraved as we wished them to be. We are extremely pleased and when the time comes, we intend to purchase one more.

I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone wanting to keep their pets whiskers, ashes, fur, or anything else. I have found so much comfort in having this keepsake box of my pups fur and whiskers and love that I was able to include a photo in the box. This was definitely the quality I was expecting and it's the quality I received.

At a really horrible time, this really helped...it's beautifully made, no defects and the personalisation was perfect, even put hearts above the I's and put a little rainbow at the end as the word was included in the inscription.

Everything about the plaque I ordered was very good quality. I sent a photo of my dog and the image on the slate came out really clearly. The item arrived quickly and just in time to sit next to our beloved dog's ashes, a very fitting tribute to her.
