I was in a hurry to obtain my small animal urn for my poor little dog. They printed a pic that I sent them on the front and wrote a customized statement that I requested. It is lovely. I can not show a picture of it or I would. It is so lovely and they were so nice on getting back to me with all of my questions. I can't say enough to describe on how much they helped me. This is a nice wooden frame that works double sided. It also comes with a hanging heart keepsake. The memorial picture frame came in a plain white cardboard box, unfortunately this came with a postage sticker on so could not be used. The frame seems to be good enough quality. I really like the words and the concept of this frame. It is a reasonable price for what you get.

This is the second memorial I have had to buy. The first was for our oldest dog and now this one for our youngest dog. Each memorial has come exactly as described and engraved as we wished them to be. We are extremely pleased and when the time comes, we intend to purchase one more.
